Vintage 1990s black and gold floral print fit & flare cocktail dress from Betsey Johnson. Size 8, but runs very small. Fits more like a 4 to 6.

Satin shirred belt with hook closure. Back zipper. Fully lined. Built-in-boning structure in the bust.
